On hand to help all of our partners and tribute users, the team offer both support and training advice, as well as overseeing charitable donations. Available Monday to Friday via phone and email, they also monitor messages and emails out of hours, in case of any urgent queries.

Sarah has worked at MuchLoved since 2017, and comes to us after working as a Haematologist working in the labs of St George's and UCH in London.
Sarah manages the MuchLoved Support Team, as well as looking after the monthly donations and general office management. She says her favourite thing about working for MuchLoved is seeing the comfort that families get from their tribute pages.
Interesting fact: Sarah is a true Yorkshire girl at heart, and although she has been 'down South' for a long time now, as they say you can take the girl out of Yorkshire....
Ali joined the MuchLoved team in 2021. She looks after parts of our invoicing and payments processes, but most enjoys helping our partners and families with their queries. Previously, Ali worked in Communications teams for large companies and likes using her skills to write blog posts for the MuchLoved support websites.
Interesting fact: Ali enjoys outdoor fitness classes…whatever the weather!
Ella joined MuchLoved in 2022, and comes to us from an HR and payroll background. She works to support our partners and families with any queries they have. She also works closely with our marketing and design team, as well as helping with parts of our payment processes.
Interesting fact: Ella loves to travel and enjoys exploring many different cities and cultures. She is always off to somewhere new.
Heather joined the MuchLoved team in 2022, and is an experienced trainer, previously training on Microsoft applications.
Heather supports our funeral and charity partners, but is also a member of our training team, providing one-to-one guidance through their partner area.
Interesting fact: Heather loves to keep active, whether it is swimming, walking or yoga, she is always doing something!
Jane has been a member of our Support Team since 2018, and as well as supporting our partners she oversees parts of our charity payment process. She comes to MuchLoved from a career in Investment Banking in London and Melbourne.
Jane says the best part of her day is having the ability to help anyone at the end of the phone in their time of need.
Interesting fact: Jane is a keen runner and has completed the London Marathon.
Alongside our support team, we have a team of technical experts, helping to make our platform run smoothly, and ensuring we offer our partners the latest innovations.
We also have our training team, delivering one-to-one training and managing our e-learning sites, to guide you through all that MuchLoved can offer your business.
Kate joined us in 2020, after a career in technical software development, engineering and support.
Kate looks after training and ongoing support for our partners and also works on our helpdesk. She says her favourite part of her job is discovering beautiful examples of tributes created some time ago that have received lots of contributions and have reached and benefitted so many people.
Interesting fact: Kate is a local Community Radio presenter on Red Kite Radio in Thame.
Amreen is our resident technical expert, on hand to help with everything from widgets to page creation. Amreen has been part of the team since 2019 and is responsible overlooking our blogs, analytics, helping charities set up their widgets and creates demo pages for them. Amreen says her favourite part of her job is being able to help others and learning something new every day.
Interesting fact: Amreen is also a coffee addict and almost always makes a pit stop to get her coffee fix every morning before work.
